Refund policy

All of our products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Please include clear photos of the issue
  • We will offer a free replacement or refund
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not require you to return the damaged item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
